Rob I would ask them for details of their comparison including whether the properties are similar in child care / revenue generating “capacity” and what other LGAs are they comparing yours with. As you know there are plenty of variables and councils can be seen as an easy target. I don’t imagine that council rates would be among the largest expense items for child care centres either.
