Hi,
We only send payments back via Bpay following a request from either the ratepayer or Bpay itself. It must be the full amount that was paid via Bpay. All other refunds are done via EFT.
Camden Council uses the Commonwealth Bank and they supplied the set up for returning monies via Bpay.
You should check with your bank as to the setup they require.
