We do quarterly here a Berrigan, we run confirmations/validations in 1st week of Sept, Dec, March and June. Letters are sent to those that flag ‘Not a Card Holder’ or Deceased Estates, advising the rebate will be removed, giving 21 days to reply, so rebates can be removed/updated before the generation of the instalment notice.
