If there are two different TPI Gold cards, 1. Gold Card TPI (regular), and 2. Gold Card Card TPI (Health Care) then I’m not sure that the ‘health’ version of the card satisfies 1(b) on the our form.
Maybe we need some written clarity from DVA and/or OLG on this one? Especially if there are 2 cards and the means testing differs for each card, eg; a veteran may quality for a TPI Gold Card (for Health) but not qualify for a TPI Gold Card (regular card) …. sounds like a veteran can have one without the other.
