Hi all, Am I correct in thinking that the additional claim made for properties that were not destroyed but had 75% of their property burnscar affected are now not going to receive any rate relief? We have already lodged a claim for instalments 1 & 2 of 2020-2021 384 assessments totalling over $380,000 & many of these ratepayers are of the opinion that they will have 2 instalments paid. If this is not the case it will cause a lot of grief trying to explain to them that they now have to pay the instalments they were expecting to be paid by the State Government.
