Shoalhaven City Council has offered electronic delivery via e-mail and BPAY View since 2014, initially through Forms Express and through PML for the past couple of years.
Take up has been reasonably steady with 8.4% of our ratepayer base receiving rate notices by e-mail and 4.0% electing BPAY View as their electronic preference (0.6% use multiple channels).
We continue to promote electronic delivery on hard copy notices through the year.
