Tweed has recently automated the 603 process. The majority of 603 Certs issue automatically within 5 or 10 mins by email back to the applicant. We do have a small number of certs that are parked during the day for various reasons, these parked certificates need to be checked and processed by a staff member. All appears to work well and saves a lot of time manually processing certificates. A lot of work upfront to get the process correct but well worth it.
