Hello Everyone

We currently use TechOne software for Property & Rating.

Management are looking at automating the Section 603 Certificate process using TechOne.

Wondering if any other NSW Revenue Professionals have gone down this path, or rabbit hole, and set up this functionality using TechOne successfully.

Hi Trevor
Tweed has recently automated the 603 process. The majority of 603 Certs issue automatically within 5 or 10 mins by email back to the applicant. We do have a small number of certs that are parked during the day for various reasons, these parked certificates need to be checked and processed by a staff member. All appears to work well and saves a lot of time manually processing certificates. A lot of work upfront to get the process correct but well worth it.
