At CBCity we accept notification to change the mailing address from the owner as well as the agent.
We accept directly from the agent, with or without the tenancy agreement, at the moment. I have recently strengthened our change of address form to include tenancy agreement as a mandatory document when being submitted by an agent. And have also created the ability for them to advise if they no longer manage the property on the same Change of Address form. Now it’s just a matter of our NAR team pushing back on emails they receive and changing the “submit by email” behaviour of owners and agents.
