Thanks Andrew, Another question we have a lot of Over 55’s villages eg Palm Lake Resort, RSL Lifecare etc the DA was approved as a caravan park but they are large 3 bedroom houses we are not sure whether to classify these as COMNV OR RESNV? Also would they have a specified use of RVAC?
