The IPART has publicly released the permanent additional special variations in the attached media release.
This is a great outcome that would not have occurred had it not been for the persistence of the NSW Revenue Professionals and LGNSW. The Office of Local Government should be congratulated for taking this matter up with the Minister and for listening to the sector.
