Hi all

If you are an Civica Authority council and using AusPost to collecting rates payments I would really like to hear from you.

We have commenced the process of implementing AusPost for our rates payments but we have struck a snag (stalemate) regarding our reference numbers. (apparently the calculation of the LCC check digit is not the usual Mod10V01 and this is causing problems whereby AusPost cannot replicate the check digit)

I would really ike to hear from others out there that are Authority users and are using Australia Post for rates payments and bank with the CBA.

We are particularly interested to know what the Weights & Modulus are, in your system, for calculating the check digits.
We are having no end of problems with Aus Post.
