Car Space/Storage Classification

      Hi everyone
      I am getting a little lost with what classification I should be classifying car spaces that are not aggregated with units in a residential block and what should be the classification for storages. can you please assist.

        Hey Suzy

        I made all utility lots not aggregated with a unit (ie storage/carspace/garage) COMNV because they are classified Business in our rates system.

        Im hoping this is correct.
