Hi Everyone,

Coming out of a long running legal battle over resi to business. A part of me wants to not give in to this political agenda as we get less then 3 requests a year so it will be a big waste of time.

We have had a councilor request a notice of motion that council adopt an official change-of-rating process, which would include an online application, a timeline for turnaround, and explicit criteria for each rating category (within NSW legislation).

Would love to hear from you if –

a. Have a change on category form
b. You dont have a change in category form
c. If you have change in internal procedures for change in category that you could share

I’ve emailed you a copy of Canterbury-Bankstown’s. We don’t have a specific policy in place but have our own internal procedures and checklists.
