      Hi All,
      Not sure anyone seen last night but Channel 7 News (Sydney) did an item on the implementation of FESL.

          Suzi, there was a few missing leading facts but isn’t there always in the news arena.
          Such as charge will be on the back of the rate notice, the only way to reduce the charge is object to land values.
