Charging for Refund of Overpayments

      Hello Everyone

      Trust everyone is staying safe in these bizarre times.

      Would like to find out who is charging for the processing of refunds. If so how much and under circumstances.

      Does anyone have a policy or procedure they would be willing to share.

      Know this question was asked about 3 years ago but am interested to getting some updated details.

        Hi Trevor,

        Leeton Council charges $18 for refunds. The Fee needs to be paid at front counter or with Credit Card over the phone before we process any refund. This applies to both overpayments or incorrect payments.
