      Hello, I am enquiring to which Council administration offices are open between the Christmas and New Year Period, i.e. 27,28,29 Dec 2017.

                            I conducted a bit of survey of the New England, Tamworth, Moree, Armidale etc, and it would appear we were the only ones in our cluster of councils open.
