Civica Receipt Update error

      Hi Civica users,

      Has anyone on Authority v7.1 come across a receipt update error that crashes the receipt update program with an error message of “could not find parameters for module PU” & did you get a fix for this?

      We’ve had an ongoing issue since a recent patch was installed which Civica have been unable to provide a fix for. I am however abit concerned that it just hasn’t been referred to the right person at Civica as I’m sure this error appeared when we did testing for v7.1 & was fixed by the Civica consultant then.

      It seems that we have run out of support options with Civica so just thought that I would check if anyone else has happened to come across the same error.
