Good Morning All
Griffith has an assessment that was created as part of a subdivision. This assessment is a storage dam for water use for the residential development. We rate the assessment as business.
I have classified as Industrial non-vacant – as it stores water for use.
Just want clarification if anyone has an assessment like this and what they have classified it as. Industrial refers to storage of water.
