Classifiying – Electrical Sub-Stations

      Hi Everyone

      I have clarified this with Treasury and Electrical Sub-Stations should be classified as “Industrial”.

      They will amend the next release of the operating manual to reflect this.

        I received a reply to some questions today as well
        Licences from the crown to private individuals for things like jetties, moorings, wharfs, ramps, sheds relating to oyster farming purposes, they are not for the general public’s use just the lessee’s. If for private use Public Benefit if its for business use eg attached to oyster farm commercial

        Private Bus Depots commercial

        Vacant blocks of land (so no buildings at all) zoned light industrial used for general storage of things like timber, pallets, waste containers, excavators and other machinery. Industrial Non vacant. Vacant only applies if the land is not being used at all

        Small shops/factories used for making aluminium windows or kitchens where they have a showroom for sales at the front and work out the back building the kitchens etc. Commercial

        Tyres fitters e.g. Bridgestone Tyres Commercial

        Privately owned offices leased out to Government Departments e.g. Centrelink Commercial it comes back to the owner

        They are coming back to me regarding smash repairers.
