We use the CBA product BPoint for our credit card payments both online and IVR. We are considering the BPoint Electronic Direct Debit registrations, and I have a few questions.
1. Does it calculated the MSF at the time of processing the schedule payment?
2. Is it user friendly for the non-tech people?
3. How much Council maintenance from an updating payment amounts is required?
Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
