We were recently advised that Revenue NSW and Treasury will not be attending the conference as there has not been any decision made on the future direction of the ESF and therefore they have nothing to tell delegates.
Although this is unfortunate we will be substituting the time allocated to a panel session with people that have insight into the ESF and other industry topics such as:
* ESF where is at what do we know the next steps are likely to be.
* Build-to-rent (BTR) what is it, what to be aware of.
* Commonwealth land valuations.
* Where to next from the Parliamentary Inquiry.
* The IPART Council reference group.
* Exemptions and the crown.
