Hi everyone
Just wondering if I could have a show of hands who is charging for copy rate notices, eg copies for current year are they free and previous years chargeable?
Also does anyone charge for a copy if the requestor has been receiving them electronically?
Our request for copies are constantly increasing.
Your feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks
Glynes
We don’t charge for current year and the $21.00 per notice for each previous year.
We try to get them to sign up for enotices to avoid the charge. If they sign up Forms Express then adds every previous notice to their account that matches their name.
Yes, we charge $24.50 for copies of notices at Blacktown. We charge for current year copies as well.
Same as Robert, we encourage customers to sign up for enotices in Forms Express, then all notices in their name will be able to be accessed and will be free. We will charge for customers that are enotice customers if they refuse to log into their enotice portal.
We have just started this year charging for all notices, current and past. It previously was only for anything older than 12 months. Our charge is $29.60.
The same as Blacktown and Ryde, we also encourage our landowners to register for eRates through Zipform. We are currently on a rolling release of back archive, but all the 2023/2024 notices are available.
On a side note, we’ve started charging for refund requests because they were increasing.
We are the same as Robert at Wollongong, we dont charge for current year and any previous years are charged at $20.50 per notice. We also encourage them to sign up electronically during the process.
Cheers,
Dallas
