Council has 3 lots which now are registered in the ownership of Crown Lands and the female partner, each owning a one half interest in the land. The land was transferred to the State of New South
Wale following it being disclaimed by the Trustee of the Bankrupt Estate of the Male partner in July 2014. Council has sort solicitors advice. They have advised that Council will need to pay for the one half ownership to be moved from the crown to Council, in order for the sale go through. Council has buyers for the property, from the Sale of Land Auction in 2015.

Has anyone has similar dealings and how were they resolved?
