I’ve got my property asset hat on at the moment and hoping someone may be able to pass on to any relevant staff for me.
I’m looking at selling excess Council owned land and whilst I’ve put some on the open market via a real estate agent, have a property that I want to sell via tender process.
Just wondering if anyone has a checklist or flowchart of the process from start to finish that might help?
