Are there any council’s out there levying stormwater drainage charges under S68 of the Act via their fees and charges as opposed to via general rates?

Do you still raise the charge on your council notice (like OSSM) or via debtors?

What types of drainage works are you charging ratepayers for under this section?

Are there any other opportunities for levying a stormwater drainage charge not via general rates?
