DVA unable to confirm address

      Hi
      Just wondering if you ever have a situation where DVA are unable to confirm a postcode when doing a confimation on the Centrelink website. My rate payer has contacted DVA and they have sent him an email with the address they have for him which is the same as Council’s address but I still get the same answer from Centrelink that they can’t confirm the postcode. Any suggestions of what to do next?
