Emailing of Sundry Debtor Invoices

Good afternoon
Any Councils on Property & Rating that have a system in place of emailing invoices electronically but QUICKLY…instead of the very manual process of opening the invoice, adding to an email and then emailing.
Ideally a system that will allow me to check and select the account before allowing it to be emailed
