Council would like me to send a letter to all ratepayers that are currently in our system as being eligible for a pension rebate. The letter is to let them know they can make their payments via centrepay. Council’s thinking behind this is that is may be a better way of ensuring payments are received consistently.
I have mixed feelings about it as the more we get, the more it will cost in processing fees, however can see the benefit of what they are trying to achieve.
Would anyone have a letter that they may have sent to pensioners advising of this service they wouldn’t mind emailing to me?
