I’m interested in hearing from any Council that has an Environmental Upgrade Agreement in place as per Sections 54C to 54R of the Local Government Act.
A developer has made representations to MWRC seeking Council’s participation in one of these agreements. If your Council has such agreements, could you please contact me at ian.clayton@midwestern.nsw.gov.au or respond to this post?
We’re interested to know if your Council has a policy in relation to these agreements, the time it takes to administer them, the charge your Council may set in relation to the agreement and any other issues your Council may have experienced.
