      Recently NSW Treasury sent letters to all General Managers asking for a commitment to supply the following information by 31 December 2016;

      1. Valuer General property ID
      2. Street address
      3. Land value
      4. ESPL classification

      The ESPL working group is in contact with all software vendors in regards to software changes required for this, however due to the timing the upfront categorisation will need to be done without any software modification.

      ESPL classifications will be provided during the webinars set for 5 September and 7 September 2016.

      The pilot councils already involved are working with software vendors and the Government to ensure the changes required will be as smooth as possible.

      The categorisation process will involve a little more manual data processing and the pilot councils are currently working with software vendors to help you with this process.
