Hi everyone
Following IPART’s presentation, I mentioned that they have released a very useful fact sheet that explains how to calculate the rate peg using the new methodology and estimate future rate pegs. Council may have their own way but using what’s been provided by IPART itself provides a very solid foundation that can assist Councils with preparing and updating their Long Term Financial Plans.
