Does anyone know how to apply for an extension to provide the ESF data file to Revenue NSW?

        Hi Deborah

I am pretty sure you just need to put it writing, maybe first contact them on 3814 0789 or by email at esf@revenue.nsw.gov.au

        Regards,
        Andrew

I have called the number Andrew suggested (thank you) and was advised that an extension will only be granted in extenuating circumstances – we need to email the request to esf@revenue.nsw.gov.au outlined the reason for an extension. I was advised to keep working on this project as an extension may not be granted. I hope this will help everyone else!

Hi All – I cannot see any guidance as to what would be considered “evidence of extenuating circumstances”. As the new Coordinator at LMCC, I am keen to hear other people’s thoughts as to what these may be.
At this stage, it is very likely we will be seeking an extension.
            Thanks
            Jess

              Good afternoon all,

This is the response I received recently when I tried to follow up our extension request of 4 October, due to extenuating circumstances.

In relation to your extension request, it was advised previously that requests were to be accepted in November. I can advise that your request is being reviewed and you will be given a response in due course however we recommend that you proceed with collating the data and working towards the deadline of 2 December 2024 until you are notified further of the outcome of your extension request.

              Regards
              Pete
