On Monday the Executive Committee resolved to extend the deadline for council staff to submit an application.
If you have already made a submission there is no need to re-submit, I have these and will hold them over for inclusion with any additional applications.
As you would be aware much of the state has been facing extreme natural disaster conditions and particularly for regional councils this has prevented some of our colleagues from being in a position to complete their application in the time allowed.
The extension will be provided up to 11 December 2019 and i would encourage all councils to give this opportunity some serious consideration.
