I was just wondering if any other Council has had a bankruptcy case heard in the Federal Circuit Court, whereby the Judge has awarded only part of the legal costs – due to not all costs being reserved. If so, what did you do? in particular, did you employee a Barrister to review the other costs, and was your Council then awarded orders to have full costs paid? Thank you
