Hi all,

Just doing a quick survey on what payment option your Council offers for payment of other fees & charges. We offer multiple payment options for both Rates and Sundry Debtors. We do have an online credit card payment option, but we are getting more and more request for BPAY, direct debits for non Rates and Sundry Debtor Payments.

What payment options does your Council offer for non Rates and Sundry Debtor Payments?

Hi Tracey,

At Blacktown we offer BPAY for Sundry Debts, but most of our other non rate payments are made though Council’s eservices portal. A small minority still come into Council’s civic centre to make payments over the counter.

At Lane Cove:
for AR – EFT direct to bank account, pay on line via eservices using credit card, post cheque to council or pay over the counter.
Most of our other non-rates payments are made through Council’s eservices portal.
