I had an enquiry in relation to the FESL ad Valorem rate (FESL revenue calculation):
• Is it capped like the Rate pegging capped.
• How will this be controlled, which will needs to be communicated to the community
I am interested to hear how others are dealing with this question . if you can share your view on this I would appreciated.

To the best of my knowledge there have not been any announcements from the NSW State Government regarding rate capping or pegging for FESL.
The questions you have raised are not ones you should be answering. If there is to be a change in the calculation method this advice would need to come through from NSW Treasury.
In the interim I think the best way to handle these enquiries is to refer them to the FESL hotline.
