      Hi everyone,

I was just wondering how many Councils were sending their own letter about FESL with:
      a) the Classification Notices; and
      b) the July Rate Notice?

        Hi Suzi
Randwick isn’t planning anything in April but may in July in evaluation/response to the type and quantity of feedback we get between now and then.

          Hi Suzi,

Wollongong have decided not to do anything with the April mail out as we already have another council flyer going with the notification letters in this run.

At this stage there is consideration being made into how/what council will put in with July notice but there will be something with Council’s perspective on the levy.

            Hi Suzi,

Penrith City Council isn’t sending anything with the classification notice, but nothing has been decided with the July notice as yet.

Hi Suzi, We will not be sending anything extra with the rates instalment or classification letter but will be sending something with the July rates notice to reinterate that it is a state government charge. regards

Thanks everyone for your input. I appreciate it. Looks like the City will be sending our own letter with both the April and July mail-outs. Enjoy Easter – it’s probably the last little breather we get for a few months!

                    Hi Suzi

We are not sending anything extra. We are requesting that customer service staff keep a record of the enquiries they receive which will allow us to determine whether or not to target specific questions in July.

                    Regards,

                    Andrew
