The Valuer-General has received a request from Land Registry Services (LRS) to ask councils to direct customers to the Valuer-General if the name recorded on their Notice of Assessment is incorrect.
Apparently some councils have been directing land owners to LRS when they should contact the Valuer-General directly by phone or email.
