Hi Everyone
Can you please advise how you currently manage invoicing for leases of property Council owns through Technology One. Coffs Council currently have a lot of leases which are invoiced monthly through Tech One but do not currently have a direct debit payment option available, therefore we spend a lot of time following up these leasees for payment.
I would like to streamline the system (if possible) so these invoices can be set up as reoccurring and their payments taken on the 1st of each month.
Any advise would be appreciated,
