The IPART recommended that a Council Reference Group be established to review and advise on the implementation of the changed rate peg methodology.
The purpose of the reference group would be to identify any practical issues or unintended consequences that might arise from implementation.
The IPART is now seeking support on determining the terms of reference of the CRG, if you have any comments to be raised by the NSWRP please post them in this forum.
Responses need to be provided to IPART by 3 June 2024.
