      Latest update regarding the categorisation of land during the construction phase of a proposed and approved residential development (from the commencement of demolition of an existing building if applicable): As many of you know, the Court of Appeal ruled in favour of the councils and dismissed the LEC ruling.

      Karimbla sought leave to appeal to the High Court but the High Court has today dismissed their application. This means that the decision of the Court of Appeal stands.
