      Hi All,

As most of you we have general KPIs such as overall outstanding % split between pensioners and non-pensioners for rates, outstanding % for sundry debtors and electronic service of notices and invoices.

We also capture the daily rates receipts to track collection on each instalment amount due.

Monthly task last to ensure that all reconciliations and processes are completed. As well as property growth between strata and non-strata properties.

Quarterly Debtors Report, Community Strategy and Budget Reviews

I am interest to know does anyone else do any other benchmarking or KPIs for any other processes? If so what are they and why?

        Hi Tracey

At Campbelltown we provide month end stats and publish them through a Council ordinary meeting report. Not everything you have mentioned is included some that are not are included.
Generally I provide to my Manager and our Director stats on any anomalies, as I see them. As an example during COVID lockdowns we meticulously tracked hardship and payment plan application stats (Residential v Business) and payments received each month and compared them to previous years.
I know Neil at Camden collects comparative data across many processes and has been able to use to support his teams needs with evidence.
        Hope this is helpful.

        Regards,
        Andrew
