Hi, just wanting some advice on reversing legal fees off an assessment due to a timing error. Do other Council’s obtain a resolution of Council to do so, or use delegated authority under the General Manager, as its not rates as such its more a clerical error?

I reverse them as part of the debt recovery process.

Blue Mountains follows a similar process.

If raised in error we reverse them as part our normal processes.

Blacktown is the same, we just reverse as part of our normal processes in debt recovery.
