Just looking for some feedback on how everyone handles managing agents?
We currently have an online application prvocess which requires the Managing agent to supply a copy of the agreement and we will update the mailing address to send to them.
The question has been raised that we may not be meeting the LGA.

This section doesnt cover a managing agent and only covers agent if the owner appears to be absent from NSW.
The suggestion was if we could issue 2 notices, one to the managing agent and one to the owner.
