We are considering introducing a new Hardship policy or adding to our current Hardship policy for Natural disasters following the 2020 fires. We have been hit twice in two years along with the drought so looking at increasing our options available to those who need assistance. If you have a Natural Disaster policy in place, can you please forward me your latest version?
