      Hi everyone,

Neil Charge had his last day at Camden Council last Friday 30 September 2022.

Neil started his local government career at Mittagong Council in November 1970 followed by the amalgamated Wingecarribee Shire Council, Liverpool Council then Camden Council commencing in 1990.

Through Neil’s leadership and commitment to the sector he has been instrumental in placing Camden Council in a great position, Neil is always a willing participant in providing helpful advice and guidance, a true gentleman.

For quite a number of years Neil, or ‘Chargie’ as most of us know him has been an active contributor to the NSW RP more recently as our beloved MC with a quick wit and awesome sense of humour. Never fear, Chargie has not been lost to the RP and will be continuing as MC in 2023.

I would like to acknowledge Neil’s achievements, successes and kindness throughout his career and recognise the influence he has had those that have had the privilege in working with him.

      Regards,
      Andrew

I hope he can present his Farmland Rating session at next year’s conference – or just the introductory cows with guns part 🙂

All the best in retirement Neil.
