I thought I’d ask here before going to ESPL portal…….
A not-for-profit (Sunnyfield; on the ACNC register) using property as a group-home. A group-home does not appear on the Public Benefit Land list in the ESPL Manual, therefore can not be classified as PBL. Manual states that to be classified as Residential it must be classified as ‘residential’ under the LGA; however it is not as it is exempt from rates.
