      Could someone please confirm that I have the correct understanding in regard to the FESL on NSW Land & Housing Corporation properties? Page 19 of the manual states that these properties are exempt from the FESL, even when when leased for residential accommodation. These properties are rateable but FESL exempt? Just to be sure, to be sure!

          Have a look at Sections 42(2) and 42(3) of the FESL Act.
