We are considering introducing an online payment facility for rates and water (and possibly debtors) onto our website.
Can any Council’s that use Authority and have the NAB online payment facility please provide any assistance/advice on any issues they had with the implementation?
In particular getting the file from NAB to Authority for processing?
If your Council uses both of these facilities any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
